Term and Condition

1. UTC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the accompanying luggage.

2. Passengers are allowed carrying 20kg as personal luggage. Any excess luggage will be charged as per UTC rules.

3. Toensure safely, secure and operational convenience, all passengers are requested to refrain from boarding/getting off at any Unscheduled Stoppages.

4. The arrival and departure time mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However the bus will not leave the starting station before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

5. Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.

6. Passengers are requested to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus (Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus).

i. A copy of the ticket or SMS.
ii. Identity proof Photo ID.( Aadhar card/Driving licence/Student ID Card/Passport/PAN Card/Voter ID Card etc.)
7. UTC shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of UTC.

8. The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle of insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Route Diversion charges if necessary will be collected by the conductor at the time of journey. However in case of breakdown of the bus the fare for uncovered portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will be refundable.

9. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk.

10. E-ticket is nontransferable. If a ticket is presented by someone other than the person entitled to be carried there-under or to refund in connection therewith, UTC or any of its travel partners shall not be liable to the person so entitled, if in good faith it provides carriage or makes a refund to the person presenting the ticket.

11. UTC is a passenger transport service only. UTC shall not be liable to make good the loss of goods or property of passengers for any of the Acts, events, incidents whatsoever beyond the control of the company.

12. In the event of cancellation of a bus/service trip, UTC will assist the passenger in providing an alternative similar service subject to availability. In case an alternative is not available, then UTC shall be liable to the passenger only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger as per the rules in force directly to the customer's Credit Card/Debit Card account.

13. Please note that fares are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased a ticket and subsequently the fares have increased then you will not be required to pay the difference.

14. You need to show any ID proof (Driving License,Voter ID, Passport,PAN Card, AADHAR Card) to the conductor.

15. Passengers are permitted to travel with any one of the photo identity proofs like AADHAR, PAN, Voter Card, Official identity etc. within the time period specified in the ticket details/SMS.

16. By registering/booking to the reservation, you confirm that you have provided the accurate mobile number to be reached via SMS and that you are the owner or its legitimate user of the mobile phone being used at the time of traveling. You acknowledge that using another person's mobile phone or providing inaccurate mobile phone number or unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of your confidential information which disclosure shall be at your sole risk.

17. Maximum of six seats can be booked on a single ticket.

18. During journey, with 'e-Ticket', passenger has to possess the Original Identity Card mentioned in the 'e-Ticket'.

19. The on-duty Conductor will verify the Identity Card of the passenger mentioned in the e-Ticket during the journey. If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as 'Travelling without Ticket'. Photocopies of Identity proof are not allowed.

20. After successful transaction this e-Ticket will be sent to passenger's mail address provided in his profile at the time of Registration. He can get the printout of this e-ticket from his mail.
