Step 2.) Enter the Valid Mobile Number and Captcha in Guest User Section, then click on "Send OTP".

Step 2.) Enter the Valid OTP and Captcha in OTP Verification, then click on "Verify".

Step 3.) After successfull Login, You will get the Traveller Dashboard, you can Book Ticket(Show Buses) on the dashboard.

Step 4.) After clicking on "Show Buses" option, you will get Lis of Service the below screen get the list of service(s) according to the entered criteria.

Step 5.) From the List of Service(s), click on "Book Now" Button of Suitable Service from the List.

Step 6.) Note- Maximum 06 seats you can book at a time.

Step 7.) Select the seat(s) from the Bus Layout (as per the Image) and Enter the Details(Name, Gender and Age) of the Traveller(s), Accept the Terms and Conditions and Click on "Proceed and Confirm" Button.

Step 8.) Details of the Ticket will be shown, If the Details are correct, Please Click on "Proceed to Pay" Button for Payment.

Step 9.) Paytm :- Proceed as per instructions of Payment gateway and make payment.
To Abort the Transaction, Click on Go Back Link.

Step 10.) Paytm :- Proceed as per instructions of Payment gateway and make payment.
To Abort the Transaction, Click on Cancel Link.

Step 11.) After successful payment, Ticket will be generated and can be printed,SMS and Email.

Step 2.) Enter the Valid Mobile Number and Captcha in Guest User Section, then click on "Send OTP".

Step 3.) Enter the Valid OTP and Captcha in OTP Verification, then click on "Verify".

Step 4.) Go to "Cancel Ticket" on Left Menu of Dashboard, Select the Ticket, which you want to Cancel from the list of Ticket(s) Available for Cancellation.

Step 5.) After that detail of Your Ticket will appear, You can select one or more seat(s) for cancellation, after selecting the seat(s), Click on "Cancel Ticket" button.

Step 6.) Confirmation Screen will appear, If you are sure for cancellation then click on "Yes" otherwise click on "No".

Step 7.) After confirmation, Ticket will be cancelled, a Cancellation Voucher will get generated.
Your refund amount will be credited in your Account as per the Cancellation Policy of UTC.

Step 8.) You may print the Cancellation Voucher.

Step 1.) Open the option preferences.
